St. Joseph’s Hospice volunteers give a priceless gift to individuals with a palliative illness, caregivers and those grieving the loss of a loved one. They are ordinary people who make an extraordinary difference! Currently, we have more than 300 volunteers who generously help Hospice provide our essential services.

Volunteering can enrich your life and the lives of others. With both short and long-term volunteer opportunities, we can explore opportunities that match your interests, skills, and availability - see the list of current volunteer opportunities below:

Certified Esthetician, Reflexologists, and Hairstylists needed immediately!

Help people look and feel their best! Volunteer your time a Certified Esthetician or Hairstylist in our Wellness Centre by providing manicures and pedicures or haircuts for residents and bereaved clients.

Are you a Certified Reflexologist? Help relieve tension for our Hospice clients in the community and/or Wellness Centre by donating your skills. Therapists must have completed a Reflexology Program at an approved educational facility.
