Begin your week with a half hour of guided meditation, followed by mindfulness exercises and discussion. Everyone including hospice clients, volunteers and staff are welcome.


Wednesday Mindfulness for the Bereaved

This group acknowledges the deep suffering of loss and serves to support those individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one. It accepts people where they are in their grief journey and serves to support them through the practice of mindfulness techniques.
