St. Joseph’s Hospice volunteers give a priceless gift to individuals with a palliative illness, caregivers and those grieving the loss of a loved one. They are ordinary people who make an extraordinary difference! Currently, we have more than 300 volunteers who generously help Hospice provide our essential services.

Volunteering can enrich your life and the lives of others. With both short and long-term volunteer opportunities, we can explore opportunities that match your interests, skills, and availability - see the list of current volunteer opportunities below:

Volunteer drivers and those certified to provide healing touch are needed immediately!

Help people feel their best! Volunteer your time providing Healing Touch in the community to our palliative clients and/or their caregivers.

Volunteer your time as a driver! Volunteers drive our palliative and bereaved clients to and from appointments at Hospice. They also drive our palliative clients to medical appointments in the community.
