Compassionate Support for Every Step of the Journey
At St. Joseph’s Hospice, we honour each person as they journey toward life’s end. We offer a haven of comfort, connection, and care for individuals living with a terminal illness, their caregivers, and those grieving the loss of a loved one.
Through our Community & Supportive Care programs, we provide a wide range of services that nurture emotional, spiritual, and social well-being during some of life’s most difficult moments. Whether you're living with illness or navigating grief, you’ll find a safe space here—one rooted in dignity, compassion, and hope.
Our services are designed to:
▪️ Respond to the unique needs of each person as they move through their grief
▪️ Respect the dignity and personal journey of every individual
▪️ Encourage healing and growth through participation in supportive programs
▪️ Offer a place of solace where hope can be gently restored, guided by empathetic staff and trained volunteers
Thanks to the generosity of our community, all programs are offered at no cost to residents of London, Ontario.
If you or someone you love is in need of support, we are here to walk with you—every step of the way.

"Hospice makes your experience as peaceful as possible. If you're looking for a place where people will open their hearts and take care of you while caring for the person you love, Hospice is it."
